Jobber has four plans — Core, Connect, Grow, and Plus — ranging from $29/month (Core, 1 user, billed annually) to $699/month (Plus, 15 users, no commitment). Extra users cost $29/month each on every tier. Marketing Suite ($99/mo), Receptionist ($29/mo), and Pipeline ($49/mo) are separate add-ons on Core, Connect, and Grow, and only bundled into Plus. Payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction) is charged separately on every plan.
Jobber gets credit for one thing most of its competitors won't do: publish real numbers. No "contact sales," no demo gate, no quote-based pricing that depends on how well you negotiate. You can go to getjobber.com/pricing right now and see every plan.
The sticker price is still not what most teams end up paying. Here's what's actually on the page, and what it adds up to once you factor in users, add-ons, and payment processing.
The four plans
| Plan | Starting price | Top price (15 users) | Key additions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $29/mo (annual, 1 user) | 1 user only | Booking, quoting, invoicing, basic website |
| Connect | $139/mo (1 user) | $399/mo | Reminders, checklists, QuickBooks Online sync, time & expense |
| Grow | $199/mo (1 user) | $499/mo | Job costing, two-way SMS, custom automations, upsells |
| Plus | $499/mo (5 users) | $699/mo | Automated job costing, media library, @mentions, all add-ons bundled |
Jobber has four tiers: Core, Connect, Grow, and Plus. Each one scales by user count, and the per-user math changes depending on how many seats you buy.
Core — 1 user only. $49/month with no commitment, $39/month on a 1-year commitment, $29/month billed annually. This is the solo-operator tier. Booking, quoting, invoicing, a basic website. No QuickBooks sync, no automated reminders, no checklists.
Connect — the tier most small crews actually land on. 1 user starts at $139/month (no commitment), scaling to $399/month for 15 users. Adds automated client reminders, checklists, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
Grow — 1 user starts at $199/month, scaling to $499/month for 15 users. Adds job costing, two-way SMS, custom workflow automations, and upsell line items on quotes.
Plus — starts at 5 users, $499/month, scaling to $699/month for 15 users. Adds automated job costing, a centralized media library, team @mentions, a dedicated onboarding specialist, and premium support. Anything above 15 users on any tier moves to custom pricing through Jobber's sales team.
Extra users beyond a plan's included count cost $29/month each, on every tier. That number matters more than the base price for growing teams. A Connect plan at 5 users is $199/month. Add three more people and you're at $286/month before you've changed a single feature.
The add-ons that aren't included until Plus
Three things live outside the base subscription on Core, Connect, and Grow, and only get folded in once you're on Plus:
Marketing Suite: $99/month
Receptionist (Jobber's AI answering tool): $29/month
Pipeline (sales opportunity tracking): $49/month
That's $177/month in add-ons if you want all three and you're not on Plus. Run the math on a 10-person Grow team: $399/month base, plus $177/month in add-ons, puts you at $576/month. Plus at 10 users is $599/month and includes all three natively. The gap is $23. Once a team wants more than one add-on, the arithmetic pushes toward Plus almost immediately, and that's worth knowing before you assume Grow is where you'll land.
Payment processing is separate, and it's not small
Every plan charges the same processing rates: 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction, 2.7% + $0.30 for Tap to Pay, 1% for ACH bank payments, and an additional 1% if you want instant payouts. None of this shows up in the plan price, and none of it is optional if you're collecting payment through Jobber. A business invoicing $50,000/month through the platform is paying roughly $1,450+ in processing fees on top of the subscription, before instant payouts.
What you're actually buying
Jobber is a full field service management platform. Quoting, invoicing, client management, job tracking, payments, a website, and now AI tools bundled into the higher tiers. If you want one system to run the whole business end to end, that's the case for Jobber, and it's a fair one. The Home Service Community alone (20,000+ members) is a real reason operators stick with it past the pricing page.
What Jobber's booking flow does not do is factor in real drive time when it schedules a job. It checks whether a slot is open. It doesn't know that your 2pm opening on the west side is a 40-minute drive from the job before it, or that the tech scheduled for 3pm is about to burn an hour in traffic to get there. That's not a criticism of what Jobber set out to build. It's a calendar and CRM, not a routing engine.
That's the layer Driive adds. Driive plugs into Jobber rather than replacing it: leads get qualified and booked based on technician location, drive time, and service area before the job ever lands on the calendar, and it syncs straight through to the system your office already runs on. If your team has outgrown "is this slot open" and needs "is this slot open and does it make sense given where everyone already is," that's a Driive problem, not a Jobber one.

Jobber ranges from $29/month (Core, 1 user, billed annually) to $699/month (Plus, 15 users, no commitment). Most small crews land on Connect or Grow, which run $139–$499/month depending on user count and billing term.
